Just found a fantastic app on the appstore and recommended by fellow dieters, not normally one for counting calories but its great just to see exactly where i could be going wrong with my eating so its great feedback, plus you can add all your daily eating plus exercise and you can add other users so its a great way for support if like me you are doing it totally by yourself.

I have just finished another Davina Fit session and my legs are killing me! 20 mins of aerobics today plus a brisk walk this morning, my eating is still going great! cant believe it, not missing chocolate one bit!
Water is def the number 1 thing you can do when getting fit though, feel so much more energetic that before and less hungry.
