New Year - New Me

Well as title says it wil be a new year - new me, i am aiming to lose 2-3 stone by september/october, just in time for another florida holiday :D

Our 4th trip and this time we are going for a fantastic 3 weeks! sadly we didnt have a holiday last year so aiming to make up for it big style this year :D

So that means back to healthy eating routine again and off to a great start with a 3lb loss but main one is that i am NOT following a diet, this is a complete lifestyle change and fed up really of fad diets all the time that dont seem to work.

so...

Have reduced portion sizes, only fruit/yoghurt between meals and lots of water being drunk, ok so chocolate is banned as thats my downfall but everything else is in moderation plus exercise is Davina Fit DVD which is fantastic, that is done 3x min a week plus lots of daily walks.
