Exercise going really well and as this is a downfall for me (not doing enough normally) then this is a big thing for me! did a 5 mile walk yesterday and feel fantastic, legs a bit wobbly but not too bad, thought i woud feel worse! aim to do this at least once a week.
Healthy eating is great as well, it is really helping me to keep a diary on myfitnesspal and so far have been under my daily calorie amount.
Weigh day tomorrow so will update with a loss tomorrow hopefully! fingers crossed :D
